हम भारतीय विश्व की प्राचीनतम सभ्यता के वारिस है तथा हमें अपने गौरवशाली इतिहास तथा उत्कृष्ट प्राचीन संस्कृति पर गर्व होना चाहिए। किंतु दीर्घकाल की परतंत्रता ने हमारे गौरव को इतना गहरा आघात पहुंचाया कि हम अपनी प्राचीन सभ्यता तथा संस्कृति के बारे में खोज करने की तथा उसको समझने की इच्छा ही छोड़ बैठे। परंतु स्वतंत्र भारत में पले तथा पढ़े-लिखे युवक-युवतियां सत्य की खोज करने में समर्थ है तथा छानबीन के आधार पर निर्धारित तथ्यों तथा जीवन मूल्यों को विश्व के आगे गर्वपूर्वक रखने का साहस भी रखते है। श्रीराम द्वारा स्थापित आदर्श हमारी प्राचीन परंपराओं तथा जीवन मूल्यों के अभिन्न अंग है। वास्तव में श्रीराम भारतीयों के रोम-रोम में बसे है। रामसेतु पर उठ रहे तरह-तरह के सवालों से श्रद्धालु जनों की जहां भावना आहत हो रही है,वहीं लोगों में इन प्रश्नों के समाधान की जिज्ञासा भी है। हम इन प्रश्नों के उत्तर खोजने का प्रयत्‍‌न करे:- श्रीराम की कहानी प्रथम बार महर्षि वाल्मीकि ने लिखी थी। वाल्मीकि रामायण श्रीराम के अयोध्या में सिंहासनारूढ़ होने के बाद लिखी गई। महर्षि वाल्मीकि एक महान खगोलविद् थे। उन्होंने राम के जीवन में घटित घटनाओं से संबंधित तत्कालीन ग्रह, नक्षत्र और राशियों की स्थिति का वर्णन किया है। इन खगोलीय स्थितियों की वास्तविक तिथियां ‘प्लैनेटेरियम साफ्टवेयर’ के माध्यम से जानी जा सकती है। भारतीय राजस्व सेवा में कार्यरत पुष्कर भटनागर ने अमेरिका से ‘प्लैनेटेरियम गोल्ड’ नामक साफ्टवेयर प्राप्त किया, जिससे सूर्य/ चंद्रमा के ग्रहण की तिथियां तथा अन्य ग्रहों की स्थिति तथा पृथ्वी से उनकी दूरी वैज्ञानिक तथा खगोलीय पद्धति से जानी जा सकती है। इसके द्वारा उन्होंने महर्षि वाल्मीकि द्वारा वर्णित खगोलीय स्थितियों के आधार पर आधुनिक अंग्रेजी कैलेण्डर की तारीखें निकाली है। इस प्रकार उन्होंने श्रीराम के जन्म से लेकर 14 वर्ष के वनवास के बाद वापस अयोध्या पहुंचने तक की घटनाओं की तिथियों का पता लगाया है। इन सबका अत्यंत रोचक एवं विश्वसनीय वर्णन उन्होंने अपनी पुस्तक ‘डेटिंग द एरा ऑफ लार्ड राम’ में किया है। इसमें से कुछ महत्वपूर्ण उदाहरण यहां भी प्रस्तुत किए जा रहे है।

श्रीराम की जन्म तिथि

महर्षि वाल्मीकि ने बालकाण्ड के सर्ग 18 के श्लोक 8 और 9 में वर्णन किया है कि श्रीराम का जन्म चैत्र मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की नवमी तिथि को हुआ। उस समय सूर्य,मंगल,गुरु,शनि व शुक्र ये पांच ग्रह उच्च स्थान में विद्यमान थे तथा लग्न में चंद्रमा के साथ बृहस्पति विराजमान थे। ग्रहों,नक्षत्रों तथा राशियों की स्थिति इस प्रकार थी-सूर्य मेष में,मंगल मकर में,बृहस्पति कर्क में, शनि तुला में और शुक्र मीन में थे। चैत्र माह में शुक्ल पक्ष नवमी की दोपहर 12 बजे का समय था।

जब उपर्युक्त खगोलीय स्थिति को कंप्यूटर में डाला गया तो ‘प्लैनेटेरियम गोल्ड साफ्टवेयर’ के माध्यम से यह निर्धारित किया गया कि 10 जनवरी, 5114 ई.पू. दोपहर के समय अयोध्या के लेटीच्यूड तथा लांगीच्यूड से ग्रहों, नक्षत्रों तथा राशियों की स्थिति बिल्कुल वही थी, जो महर्षि वाल्मीकि ने वर्णित की है। इस प्रकार श्रीराम का जन्म 10 जनवरी सन् 5114 ई. पू.(7117 वर्ष पूर्व)को हुआ जो भारतीय कैलेण्डर के अनुसार चैत्र मास की शुक्ल पक्ष की नवमी तिथि है और समय 12 बजे से 1 बजे के बीच का है।

श्रीराम के वनवास की तिथि

वाल्मीकि रामायण के अयोध्या काण्ड (2/4/18) के अनुसार महाराजा दशरथ श्रीराम का राज्याभिषेक करना चाहते थे क्योंकि उस समय उनका(दशरथ जी) जन्म नक्षत्र सूर्य, मंगल और राहु से घिरा हुआ था। ऐसी खगोलीय स्थिति में या तो राजा मारा जाता है या वह किसी षड्यंत्र का शिकार हो जाता है। राजा दशरथ मीन राशि के थे और उनका नक्षत्र रेवती था ये सभी तथ्य कंप्यूटर में डाले तो पाया कि 5 जनवरी वर्ष 5089 ई.पू.के दिन सूर्य,मंगल और राहु तीनों मीन राशि के रेवती नक्षत्र पर स्थित थे। यह सर्वविदित है कि राज्य तिलक वाले दिन ही राम को वनवास जाना पड़ा था। इस प्रकार यह वही दिन था जब श्रीराम को अयोध्या छोड़ कर 14 वर्ष के लिए वन में जाना पड़ा। उस समय श्रीराम की आयु 25 वर्ष (5114- 5089) की निकलती है तथा वाल्मीकि रामायण में अनेक श्लोक यह इंगित करते है कि जब श्रीराम ने 14 वर्ष के लिए अयोध्या से वनवास को प्रस्थान किया तब वे 25 वर्ष के थे।

खर-दूषण के साथ युद्ध के समय सूर्यग्रहण

वाल्मीकि रामायण के अनुसार वनवास के 13 वें साल के मध्य में श्रीराम का खर-दूषण से युद्ध हुआ तथा उस समय सूर्यग्रहण लगा था और मंगल ग्रहों के मध्य में था। जब इस तारीख के बारे में कंप्यूटर साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से जांच की गई तो पता चला कि यह तिथि 5 अक्टूबर 5077 ई.पू. ; अमावस्या थी। इस दिन सूर्य ग्रहण हुआ जो पंचवटी (20 डिग्री सेल्शियस एन 73 डिग्री सेल्शियस इ) से देखा जा सकता था। उस दिन ग्रहों की स्थिति बिल्कुल वैसी ही थी, जैसी वाल्मीकि जी ने वर्णित की- मंगल ग्रह बीच में था-एक दिशा में शुक्र और बुध तथा दूसरी दिशा में सूर्य तथा शनि थे।

अन्य महत्वपूर्ण तिथियां

किसी एक समय पर बारह में से छह राशियों को ही आकाश में देखा जा सकता है। वाल्मीकि रामायण में हनुमान के लंका से वापस समुद्र पार आने के समय आठ राशियों, ग्रहों तथा नक्षत्रों के दृश्य को अत्यंत रोचक ढंग से वर्णित किया गया है। ये खगोलीय स्थिति श्री भटनागर द्वारा प्लैनेटेरियम के माध्यम से प्रिन्ट किए हुए 14 सितंबर 5076 ई.पू. की सुबह 6:30 बजे से सुबह 11 बजे तक के आकाश से बिल्कुल मिलती है। इसी प्रकार अन्य अध्यायों में वाल्मीकि द्वारा वर्णित ग्रहों की स्थिति के अनुसार कई बार दूसरी घटनाओं की तिथियां भी साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से निकाली गई जैसे श्रीराम ने अपने 14 वर्ष के वनवास की यात्रा 2 जनवरी 5076 ई.पू.को पूर्ण की और ये दिन चैत्र महीने के शुक्ल पक्ष की नवमी ही था। इस प्रकार जब श्रीराम अयोध्या लौटे तो वे 39 वर्ष के थे (5114-5075)।

वाल्मीकि रामायण के अनुसार श्रीराम की सेना ने रामेश्वरम से श्रीलंका तक समुद्र के ऊपर पुल बनाया। इसी पुल को पार कर श्रीराम ने रावण पर विजय पाई। हाल ही में नासा ने इंटरनेट पर एक सेतु के वो अवशेष दिखाए है, जो पॉक स्ट्रेट में समुद्र के भीतर रामेश्वरम(धनुषकोटि) से लंका में तलाई मन्नार तक 30 किलोमीटर लंबे रास्ते में पड़े है। वास्तव में वाल्मीकि रामायण में लिखा है कि विश्वकर्मा की तरह नल एक महान शिल्पकार थे जिनके मार्गदर्शन में पुल का निर्माण करवाया गया। यह निर्माण वानर सेना द्वारा यंत्रों के उपयोग से समुद्र तट पर लाई गई शिलाओं, चट्टानों, पेड़ों तथा लकड़ियों के उपयोग से किया गया। महान शिल्पकार नल के निर्देशानुसार महाबलि वानर बड़ी-बड़ी शिलाओं तथा चट्टानों को उखाड़कर यंत्रों द्वारा समुद्र तट पर ले आते थे। साथ ही वो बहुत से बड़े-बड़े वृक्षों को, जिनमें ताड़, नारियल,बकुल,आम,अशोक आदि शामिल थे, समुद्र तट पर पहुंचाते थे। नल ने कई वानरों को बहुत लम्बी रस्सियां दे दोनों तरफ खड़ा कर दिया था। इन रस्सियों के बीचोबीच पत्थर,चट्टानें, वृक्ष तथा लताएं डालकर वानर सेतु बांध रहे थे। इसे बांधने में 5 दिन का समय लगा। यह पुल श्रीराम द्वारा तीन दिन की खोजबीन के बाद चुने हुए समुद्र के उस भाग पर बनवाया गया जहां पानी बहुत कम गहरा था तथा जलमग्न भूमार्ग पहले से ही उपलब्ध था। इसलिए यह विवाद व्यर्थ है कि रामसेतु मानव निर्मित है या नहीं, क्योंकि यह पुल जलमग्न, द्वीपों, पर्वतों तथा बरेतीयों वाले प्राकृतिक मार्गो को जोड़कर उनके ऊपर ही बनवाया गया था।

Dear Systems Analyst,
I am desperate for some help! I recently upgraded my program from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 and found that the new program began unexpected Child Processing and also took up a lot of space and valuable resources. This wasn’t mentioned in the product brochure. In addition Wife 1.0 installs itself into all other programs and launches during systems initialization and then it monitors all other system activities.
Applications such as ” Boys’ Night out 2.5″ and ” Golf 5.3 ” no longer run, and crashes the system whenever selected. Attempting to operate selected ” Saturday
Rugby 6.3 ” always fails and “Saturday Shopping 7.1 ” runs instead. I cannot seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background whilst attempting to run any of my favorite applications. Be it online or offline.

I am thinking of going back to “Girlfriend 7.0″, but uninstall doesn’t work on this program. Can you please help? … AND THIS IS WHAT OUR ANALYST SAID:

Dear Customer,

This is a very common problem resulting from a basic misunderstanding of the functions of the Wife 1.0 program. Many customers upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0 thinking that Wife 1.0 is merely a UTILITY AND ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM.
Actually, Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM designed by its Creator to run everything on your current platform. You are unlikely to be able to purge Wife 1.0 and still convert back to Girlfriend 7.0, as Wife 1.0 was not designed to do this and it is impossible to uninstall, delete or purge the program files from the System once it is installed.
Some people have tried to install Girlfriend 8.0 or Wife 2.0 but have ended up with even more problems. (See manual under Alimony/Child Support and Solicitors’ Fees). Having Wife 1.0 installed, I recommend you keep it Installed and deal with the difficulties as best as you can. When any faults or problems occur, whatever you think has caused them, you must run the……… C:\ APOLOGIZE\ FORGIVE ME.EXE Program and avoid attempting to use the *Esc-Key for it will freeze the entire system.It may be necessary to run C:\ APOLOGIZE\ FORGIVE ME.EXE a number of times, and eventually hope that the operating system will return to normal. Wife 1.0, although a very high maintenance programme, can be very rewarding. To get the most out of it, consider buying additional Software such as “Flowers 2.0″ and “Chocolates 5.0″ or”HUGS\ KISSES 600.0″ or “TENDERNESS\ UNDERSTANDING 1000.0″ or even Eating out without the Kids 7.2.1″ (if Child processing has already started).
DO NOT under any circumstances install “Secretary 2.1″ (Short Skirt Version) or “One Nightstand 3.2″ (Any Mood Version), as this is not a supported Application for Wife 1.0 and the system will almost certainly CRASH.

The Indian Government, on thrusday decided to withdraw the objectionable paragraphs questioning the existence of Lord Ram or other characters in Ramayana. After nation wide oppos, goverment has decided to withdraw the affiavit.

When Baber came to India in 1526, he built Babri Masjid, withought having care of Hindu sentiments. At that time Muslims were very few, most of population were of Hindus, but Hindus were helpless at time. They could not oppose Baber at that time. There was no Democaracy at that time. Hindus were suppressed by Mugals like Aurangjeb.

But now situation has been changed. We are independent. We are looking towards development to built a new India on world map, still india has majority of population is of Hindu’s. But what this Congress government wat to proff. Giving priority to minorities over majorities. Why capitalism was opposed world wide ? Beacuse, capitalist’s were less in numbers and common working class was large. If working class(common man) will not happy, not ingood situation, then country will no progress.

Same thing is applicable here. If government will ignore the expection of majorities, prefers miniorities over majorities then it will be very difficult to maintain peace and harmony in India.

From my views government should pay attention towards education, population control, health, electricty, roads, It should not indulge only pleasing to minorities or SC, STS. Because government is responsible for every citizen of India.

On paying attention and passing bill for counting of Musilims in Millitery, reservation for minorities, Government should bring policies like population control, It should strictley bring laws like “any couple should have only one or two children, Just as example of China, so as to secure our future without caring its vote bank.

After all every one knows , what is reality.

Scorates was always surrounded by his disciples, and this would be a source of continuous irritation to his wife. One day she called Socrates. She called him twice, thrice .. but Socrates was completely engrossed in discussing a metaphysical subject with his disciples.

On this she ran out of patience. What next ? The anger, bottled up for long, just brust. She took a bucket full of water and turned it upside down on Socrates’s head. The Disciples became highly agitated. But reaction was ? He smiled and calmly said: ” I have come to know only today that thundering clouds sometimes rain as well”. With these words he not only toned downsthe anger but also made his wife realise her mistake.

Anger is a brief madness, or slow poison. According to experts, anger could adversly affect intellect, veins and intestines, work efficiency, digestive system, chlolesterol levels, and cause or compound hypertension, sinus, heart and liver problem, to name a few. In other words anger has a toxic effect on mind and body. 

Self analysis(intospection): When ever something angers you sit by yourself and contemplate, introspect, find out what madeyou lose temper. Recall those circumstances and turn them over in your mind. You would definitely realise your irrational conduct and regret your behaviour. Pythagoras commented, “Anger starts from stupidity and ends at repetance”.

Handle situations maturely-Many times, we allow things of little importance to over power us. we very easily lose temper over insignificant matters. No matter if you over slept, the food tastes awful, the newspaper vendor is late, don’t lose your cool. Patienceand prudence will help you deal with the situation in a constructive manner.
 

Is It is better to go out and help poor and needy, feed and clothe them, engage in social service ? 
Your noble feelings to be appreciated but do you think that such help alone would bring colour to their lives ? Would this really change the dismal state of society ? How do you assure that social help offered in the form of food and clothing would be substantial answer to their problems ?
   You serve food once to a person Won’t he need it again ? The clothe offered by you would need to be replaced by new ones after sometime. Why not restrict to just doing something for the needy ?

   Real ‘Social Service’ first as the basis to understanding more. Basically giver and reciver, both sould connect with God. Only then social help extended can work wonders for both giver and thinker.

“One can aspire to live a hundred years if one so desires”. But for this, you need to adopt certain pactices. Right living is the only way to acheive this.

The human body is composed of millions of cells, containing the building blocks of Life. Think of a million groups, each one composed of a million sub groups. Human existence is regulated by minute living organism and therin lies great philosophy.

Selfless actions generate healing energy and mimimise damage to the cells and this manner they ensure longevity.

When body is stressed by selfish pursuits, a chain reaction develops that hampers normal functioning of cells. This shortens their life span.

The human body is like a super computer with bionic chips at work. Overloading the body with selfish pursits impairs functional efficiency. Too much clutter consumes and diverts valuable life giving energy and this adversely affects not only the span but also quality of Life.

If a person dies we might remember him and cry for him only because we were dedependent on that person in some way. So we miss him but once we learn to live withought that person, we might evevn forget him.

A permanent relationship can onlybe developed with oneself and that is possible with self realisation. Upon self realisation we would have true relationship with every living organism and inanimate object as we will be able to see divinity in all creations no matter what response we get from them, as there will be no expectation.

A Sadhu (Saint) was rescuing a scorpion that had fallen into a pond. Every time he lifed it out of water, it stung him but he would not give up untile it was saved. One of his disciples asked, why he was persistent in saving the scorpion that stung him. The saint replied: “The dharma(nature by Princple) of scorpion is to sting, the nature of a sadhu is to rescue a being from distress. So long as the scorpion does not give up its dharma why should I give up mine ?

The dharma or nature of fire is to burn, of water is to cool, of wind is to blow. So our dharma is to be humane. one should do one’s duty even it faced with obstancles.  A realised soul does his karma without any attachment to it.
