If a person dies we might remember him and cry for him only because we were dedependent on that person in some way. So we miss him but once we learn to live withought that person, we might evevn forget him.

A permanent relationship can onlybe developed with oneself and that is possible with self realisation. Upon self realisation we would have true relationship with every living organism and inanimate object as we will be able to see divinity in all creations no matter what response we get from them, as there will be no expectation.

A Sadhu (Saint) was rescuing a scorpion that had fallen into a pond. Every time he lifed it out of water, it stung him but he would not give up untile it was saved. One of his disciples asked, why he was persistent in saving the scorpion that stung him. The saint replied: “The dharma(nature by Princple) of scorpion is to sting, the nature of a sadhu is to rescue a being from distress. So long as the scorpion does not give up its dharma why should I give up mine ?

The dharma or nature of fire is to burn, of water is to cool, of wind is to blow. So our dharma is to be humane. one should do one’s duty even it faced with obstancles.  A realised soul does his karma without any attachment to it.

      The Guru
The word ‘Guru’ is made of two words ‘GU’ and ‘RU’. ‘GU’ means darkness ‘RU’ means one who dispels it. Guru literally means ‘The Light’

      Enemis

Enemis are really good for us as we can learn a lot from them and built our inner strength

      Love and Sympathy

Next to Love , Sympathy is the divinest passion of human hearth

      Marriage

Keep your eyes wide open before marriage, and half-shut afterwards
      Power of Stratgeies

Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to Victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.

      Patience

It ie easier to find men who will volunteer to die, than to find those who are willing to endure pain with Patience.

A little boy looks up at his father and asks, “Dad, what’s politics?”

Dad says, “Well, son, let me try to explain it to you this way.” I’m the breadwinner of the family, so let’s call me “Capitalism.” Your Mom is the administrator of the household, so we’ll call her “The Government.” We’re here to take care of your needs so we’ll call you “The People.” The Rima(House maid) works hard all day for very little money so, we’ll consider her “The Working Class.” And your baby brother… we’ll call him “The Future.”

Now, think about that and see if it makes sense. So, the little boy goes off to bed, thinking about what his Dad has said. Later that night he hears his baby brother crying so he gets up to check on him. He finds that the baby has severely soiled his diaper.

So the little boy goes to his parents’ room and finds his mother sound asleep. Not wanting to wake her, he goes to the Rima’s room. Finding the door locked, he peeks through the keyhole and sees his father in bed with the Rima. He gives up and goes back to bed.

The next morning, the little boy says to his father, “Dad, I think I understand the concept of politics now.” The father says, “Good son, tell me in your own words, what you think politics is about.”

The little boy replies, “Well, while Capitalism is screwing the Working Class, the Government is sound asleep, the People are being ignored, and the Future stinks.

 Laloo(Indian Railway Minister) and Yamraj(Devil)

After death Laloo went hell. where he’s confronted by the devil. “I don’t know what to do,” says the devil. “You’re on my list… but I don’t have any for you. You definitely have to stay here, so I’ll tell you what I’m gonna to do. He told where you want to go eighter SAWARG(ideal place where good spirits are supposed to reside) or Narak (where bad sprits are placed.

Laloo asked to devil what is difference between two ?
Devil(Yamraj) told at Sawarg you have to live like an Ideal citizen, while at narak you are free to do any thing like cheating, rape, looting, terror works.

Laloo thinks for a while and told to yamraj “please sent me to Narak because I am habitual to these things.”

Flood In Bihar

Nearly 45 lakh people in Bihar ( A state in north INDIA ) are reeling under the impact of Flood as the over all situation showed signs of letup.

Thousands of people have taken shelter on national Highway or higher places. Essential supplies, including LPG, Vegetables petrol and diseal have also been badly hit in the area.

The flood situation in Bihar should not compared with Gugarat or Bombay. Here situation is completly different. Every people, Central Goverment and state goverment knows this fat very well, Flood in Bihar every year is due to massive water released from Nepal(Neighbouring Country of India).

Every year hundrades of Dams are broken down by flood, Thousands of Villages washed out leading mass disaster of crops, lifes and property.

Every year when flood hits Bihar, central and State Goverment wake up. Disester management commitee become active only for that moment.Leaving people of Bihar crying for whole Life.

Politican like Laloo Prasad Yadav, currently Railway minister in central goverment has ruled 15 years in Bihar. 15 years is sufficient time for any governing party , at least repair, consolidate all the Dams of Bihar so that this situation does not happen again.

I was really disappointed, when learnt foreign universitie and IIM all praise for Laloo for bringing “Indian Railway” to profit. I am asking a question to all Bihari’s what magic Laloo has created in just a short span  of 2 years as railway minister to bring Railway from looser to profit making firm, that he can not create for Bihar in 15 years.

The answer is clear, It was strong will power and work of all railway employees, administrator and citizens of India to make railway a comfortable and ideal organisation, but this is misfortune of Indian politics that all credit goes to Mr Laloo Prasad Yadav.

Due to lack of proper Infrastructure, 70% youth from Bihar are out of their state. There is lack of Good Enggering collages, medical collages, employment. No any companies are willing to set their centre at Bihar. The only thing left behind is Flood, Kidnapping, Hunger and GundaRaj in Bihar.

What I think, Every Bihari is responsible for this situation, now it is our responsibility to improve the situation. Just work for our state. Try to help and contribute what we can do by ourself.
